A while back I posted a recipe for Springerles, a Swiss/German traditional Christmas cookie. I made a batch last night for Christmas and wanted to share!
I will be making several other types of Christmas cookies over the next couple of days. I probably won’t be able to post the recipes until after Christmas… so until then, MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!

FYI: Casey added her own touch to this recipe (that has been handed down to her three generations) by putting the decoration on the cookie and coloring the decoration. Hurray CASEY!
