Week of Workouts: 7/22 – 7/28

K, so I’m obviously a little late on posting this, but I did WAY better last week on the exercise front.  I still didn’t do awesome, but I at least worked out three times instead of a measly one.

Sunday – Pilates

Hubby wasn’t quite believing me that these Pilates videos were giving me a good workout, so I made him do these with me.  He no longer believes such nonsense.  Both of our butts were good and sore from that booty workout!

Thursday – Pilates (again)

I didn’t have much time, so I only did 2 quickies.  My arms were killing me by the end, because the Ab video involves lots of planks.  My abs were definitely feeling it the next day, too!

Friday – Running

2.88 miles in 29:45 for a pace of 10:20.  Except for I only actually ran a little over two miles.  The last 3/4 of a mile I mostly walked.  This is what happens when I try to run at 10am in the dead heat of July.  95 degrees, 95% humidity.  Plus, I’d only had like 5 hours of sleep the night before.  I don’t do well with little sleep.  And, yes, I’m aware that these are all really poor excuses.
