Week of Workouts: 8/5 – 8/11

Tuesday – Pilates & Crossfit

Warmed up with a couple of Pilates videos:

Then did a little Crossfit: 3 rounds of each  for 20 seconds with a 10 second rest in between.  The numbers are the reps I completed in each 20 second round.

  • Pull-ups – 12-9-11
  • Push-ups – 7-5-5
  • Sit-ups – 11-10-11
  • Squats – 12-15-15

Wednesday – Running

2.79 miles in 24:13 for a pace of 8:41.  Apparently my GPS was wonky, because it told me I had gone 3.11 miles.  Liar face.  Overall, though, it was still a great run.


I mowed the lawn.  This totally counts as exercise.
