Week of Workouts: 8/12 – 8/18

Tuesday – Pilates

I really loved the first video.  It was challenging, but not so hard that I had to stop and rest.  Trust me, on a lot of these videos, I have to take little rests.  I wasn’t sore the next day, but I still felt really good about it.  I think this might become a new warmup video for me… or maybe a workout to do on a day when I really don’t have time to work out.

Wednesday – Running

3.11 miles in 27:15 for a pace of 8:46/mile.  I felt pretty good about that one.  Especially considering I had eaten dinner like 30 minutes beforehand.
Annnndddd…. that’s it.  It’s been a long week, folks.
